Working Principle

Due to the slightly inclined design of the screen box,The material will move in a circular motion on the screen mesh surface,The circular motion is responsible for dispersing and screening the material, the linear motion is responsible for conveying the material, the screening efficiency is above 98%, and the number of screening boxes can be increased according to demand.

The working principle of the gyratory sifter is to imitate the working principle of human screening. The motion track of the screen box is the forward and left elliptic trajectory, so that the material is close to the screen surface and adopts the elliptic curve movement on the screen. The vibration force generated by the driving device is the inertia force that changes regularly in the direction of the fixed axis, and its essence is the reciprocating inertia force formed by the rotation of the eccentric wheel around the fixed axis, so that the material stays on the screen surface for a long time, so as to achieve effective screening.

After the screening machine starts, the screen box does the reciprocating movement before and after the action of the inertia force. The screen box drives the screen surface to shake periodically so that the material on the screen surface moves with the screen box, and the material less than the screen surface aperture falls to the lower level through the screen hole.

  • Material dispersion and movement: After the material enters the screen body from the feed port, under the action of periodic swing of the screen surface, it is evenly dispersed on the whole screen surface from the center to the outer edge, and makes a plane circular movement. During this process, collisions and friction occur between the materials and between the materials and the screen surface, which contributes to the further dispersion and classification of the materials.
  • Screening and classification: Under the action of gravity and vibration of the screen surface, the material less than the size of the screen surface falls into the lower layer or the collection device through the screen hole and becomes the material under the screen; The material larger than the size of the screen surface will roll continuously on the screen surface for jumping movement, and finally be transported to the outlet to discharge.
