Working Principle
The Airflow Sieving Machine uses air as carrier and kinetic energy as work principle. After the material is mixed with the air through the negative pressure air flow, it enters the middle of the screen machine wind wheel, exerts enough centrifugal force through the wind wheel blade, jets to the barrel-type screen through the net, and collects through the volute. The super-diameter material can not pass through the net, and is discharged by the automatic slag discharge port, so as to achieve the purpose of rapid screening.
The material enters the screening frame through the feeding device, and then the air generated by the air flow device raises the material and moves along the screening surface. In the process of movement, the material is separated on the screen surface according to the size of its particle size, the larger particle material is blocked on the screen side, and the smaller particle material is carried away by the screen surface and the air flow. The collection device collects the sifted material, while the dust is treated by the dust collector. By adjusting the intensity of the air flow and the size of the screening mesh, the screening and grading of materials with different particle sizes can be realized.
