Vortex fan (power source)
- The fan generates negative pressure wind force by compressing the air to transport materials.
Backflush system (backflush air bag)
- The air bag is the power source of the backflush system, and the cleaning effect is achieved by backflushing the filter element.
Unloading (snail valve)
- The snail valve controls the turning device and achieves the unloading effect by turning the sealing plate.
Working Principle
The vacuum feeding machine uses a vacuum pump to pump air, so that the whole system at the inlet of the suction nozzle is in a stable vacuum state. The powder particles are sucked into the nozzle along with the outside air to form a material airflow, which reaches the hopper through the suction officer, and the gas and material are separated in the hopper.
The separated material irritates the material receiving equipment, and the feeding and discharging is completed by constantly opening and closing the pneumatic three-way valve, and the opening and closing of the pneumatic three-way valve is controlled by the control center. The vacuum feeder is equipped with a compressed air blowback device. Every time the material is discharged, the compressed air pulse blowback filter will knock down the powder adsorbed on the surface of the filter to ensure the normal operation of the suction material.
