Bucket elevator is mainly used for conveying materials from low to high, and its operation process involves sending materials into the hopper through the vibration platform, and then the equipment automatically carries out continuous upward transportation operations. Working Principle
The working principle of the bucket elevator is to use a series of hoppers fixed on the traction chain or tape, driven by the drive device, along the vertical track for circulation. The hopper loads the material at the bottom, and with the lifting of the chain or tape, the material is lifted to the top, and after bypassing the head wheel, the material in the hopper is unloaded. Subsequently, the empty hopper continues down to the bottom for reloading, so that the cycle is repeated to achieve continuous material transfer. In the whole process, the bucket elevator runs smoothly, the conveying efficiency is high, and it is widely used in the lifting and conveying of various bulk materials.
