  • Sieve box: It is the main working component of the rectangular gyratory sifter, usually welded by steel plates, and is used to carry materials and install the sieve mesh. The side plates and bottom plate of the sieve box need to have sufficient strength and stiffness to withstand the impact and vibration of the materials.
  • Sieve mesh: It is a key component for realizing the screening of materials. Generally, it is woven by stainless steel wires. According to different screening precision requirements, sieve meshes with different mesh numbers can be selected. The sieve mesh is fixed on the sieve box through a tensioning device to ensure that the sieve mesh remains taut during the working process, so as to improve the screening efficiency and quality.
  • Drive device: It is mainly composed of a motor, a speed reducer, an eccentric wheel, etc. The motor drives the eccentric wheel to rotate through the speed reducer. The rotation of the eccentric wheel makes the sieve box produce a reciprocating motion, so that the materials make a planar gyratory motion on the sieve surface, realizing the screening of the materials.
  • Support device: It includes a support frame and vibration damping springs. The support frame is used to support the sieve box and the drive device to keep them in a stable working state. The vibration damping springs are installed between the sieve box and the support frame, playing the role of buffering and vibration damping, and reducing the impact of vibration on the equipment and the surrounding environment.
  • Feeding device: It is located at one end of the sieve box and is used to evenly feed the materials to be screened into the sieve box. The feeding device usually includes a feeding hopper and a feeder. The feeder can adjust the feeding speed and flow rate of the materials as needed to ensure the stability of the screening process.
  • Discharging device: It includes the oversize discharge port and the undersize discharge port. The oversize discharge port is located at the other end of the sieve box and is used to discharge materials larger than the sieve hole size; the undersize discharge port is located at the bottom of the sieve box and is used to collect materials smaller than the sieve hole size that pass through the sieve mesh.
