Linear vibrating screen utilize vibrating motors as excitation sources, propelling materials upward on the screen mesh while simultaneously moving them forward in a straight line. Characterized by low energy consumption, high output, simple structure, and easy maintenance, they are particularly suited for assembly line operations. These screens find extensive application in mining, chemical, pharmaceutical, and building materials industries.

Working Principle:
The linear vibrating screen is driven by dual exciters. Two vibrating motors are mounted at the front upper section of the screen box. When the motors operate, they drive eccentric weights to rotate synchronously in opposite directions. Since the base plane of the motor mounts is installed at a 45° angle to the horizontal plane of the screen box, and both motors rotate synchronously in opposite directions, the pair of component forces generated parallel to the base plane cancel each other out. Conversely, the component forces generated perpendicular to the base plane combine. Each revolution of the vibrating motors generates a reciprocating vibratory force in the vertical direction. This forces the screen box to move in a reciprocating linear motion along the direction of the resultant force, achieving effective separation of the solid phase from the medium.

Advantages of Linear Vibrating Screens:
Application Scenarios

Capable of separating various particles such as plastic pellets and rubber granules, or filtering impurities from chemical raw materials.
Grades particles after ore crushing, enabling separation of minerals with different particle sizes.
Screens and removes impurities from traditional Chinese medicine granules and Western medicine powders, ensuring drug purity.
Sifts impurities from flour and removes debris from dried fruits and vegetables.
Selection and Precautions for Linear Vibrating Screens:
When selecting a linear vibrating screen model, comprehensive consideration must be given to material properties, processing capacity, and screening requirements to choose appropriate screen size, mesh specifications, and vibrating motor type. During operation, note the following:
- Regularly inspect the screen mesh for damage or wear. Replace immediately if damaged.
- Maintain equipment cleanliness to prevent material residue from causing corrosion or damage.
- Regularly inspect the operational status of vibration motors and shock-absorbing springs to ensure proper functioning.
- During operation, monitor material flow and screening efficiency. Adjust equipment parameters promptly to achieve optimal screening results.
