Working Principle
The working principle of the scraper conveyor is to use a scraper attached to the traction chain to scrape bulk materials in an open chute. It is composed of an open chute, a traction chain, a scraper, a head drive sprocket and a tail tensioning sprocket. The traction chain bypasses the head and tail sprocket to form a closed loop, and the material can be transported in the upper branch or the lower branch, or the upper and lower two branches can be used at the same time.
The traction chain of the scraper conveyor is multi-ring chain, which can be connected with the middle of the scraper with a traction chain, or two traction chains can be connected with the two ends of the scraper.
