ZG type vibrating feeder has the characteristics of simple and compact structure, strong and durable, continuous and uniform feeding, small tank wear, long service life and easy maintenance. According to the requirements of the field operation, the machine has two structural forms of open type and closed type to choose from, and the motor can be arranged in the upper part, the lower part or the side, forming three different vibration source installation position forms.

Working Principle
ZG type vibrating feeder uses vibration motor as excitation source, and generates continuous and stable excitation force through the self-synchronization principle of vibration motor. This exciting force is applied to the feed trough to make it oscillate periodically in a straight line along the inclined direction. When the vertical component of the acceleration of the feed trough vibration is greater than the acceleration of gravity, the material in the trough is thrown up, and jumps forward in accordance with the trajectory of the parabola, and the throwing and falling are completed in an instant.
Due to the continuous excitation of the excitation source, the feeding tank continues to vibrate, and the materials in the tank also continuously jump forward, so as to achieve uniform, continuous or quantitative feeding purposes.
