Dewatering Screen
Dewatering Screen is a special equipment for coal slime dewatering operation, which is widely used in coal slime recovery, press and filter coarse, filter and other very fine materials dewatering and recycling process conditions. The two unrelated vibrators are respectively driven by the belt coupling shaft for synchronous reverse operation, and the centrifugal force generated by the two sets of eccentric mass is superimposed along the vibration direction, and the reverse centrifugal is offset, thus forming a single excited vibration along the vibration direction, so that the screen box moves in a reciprocating straight line.

Working Principle
The dewatering screen uses the vibration effect of the screen to screen out the water and impurities in the material, so as to achieve the purpose of dehydration, desliming and classification. The dewatering screen is usually composed of a screen box, a vibrator, a screen, a damping spring and other parts. When the dewatering screen is started, the vibrator will drive the screen to do high-frequency vibration, the material is subjected to vibration and gravity on the screen, the water and impurities will be discharged through the screen, and the sifted material will be discharged from the screen outlet.
