Working Principle
The Gyratory Vibrating Screen is also called reciprocating screen, the vibration force generated by the driving device is a inertia force that changes regularly around the direction of the fixed axis, and is formed by the reciprocating inertia force formed by the rotation of the eccentric wheel around the fixed axis. The screen surface is generally horizontal or slightly inclined arrangement (tilt Angle 0-5°).
After the screen machine starts, the screen box moves back and forth under the action of inertial force, which drives the screen surface to periodically shake, so that the material on the screen surface with the screen box for directional jumping movement, during which the material less than the screen surface aperture falls to the lower level through the screen hole, becoming the material under the screen surface aperture after continuous tumbling and jumping movement from the discharge port, and finally completes the work.
