Working Principle

The working principle of the linear vibrating screen is to use the rotating motion of the motor to vibrate the raw materials in the screen box. When the motor speed reaches a certain frequency, the screen box will produce a vertical vibration, so that the raw material on the screen for free fall movement. Smaller particles pass through the pores of the screen, while larger particles are trapped in the screen. By adjusting the amplitude and frequency of the vibrator, the sieving effect of different particle sizes can be achieved.
